General Return Policy:
Shipping
Charges
Shipping charges are
about the same for 1 to 4 items $7.50 to $50.00
depending on the country,
zip code and the shipping method you chose, ground, 3 day or air.
Most US orders cost $7.50 to $12.00 to ship for 1 to 4 items.
After placing the items in your shopping cart and filling out your
billing and shipping information on the form, you will then see the
shipping methods and actual prices.
Processing
and Shipping Orders
Once we receive your order, it will take 24 to 48
business hours to process.
After processing your order, we will ship via UPS based on the shipping
method you chose, ground or air. We estimate
2 to 6 business days from placing your order
to receiving your goods for US orders. Please
Note: UPS does not guarantee these delivery times in
some areas.
There fore we cannot guarantee arrival
of your goods within this time frame.
However, 99 % of all orders that we process are received
within 2 to 4 business days.
All credit card orders are verified thru the bank
before processing.
You will be notified if an item is on back order for
more then 3-5 days.
We will send a tracking number for all US orders
after the order is shipped.
Delivery Time for
International Orders
6 to 15 business days.
All international orders are shipped express mail Via US Post Office
tracking numbers are available upon request.
In addition, if you are ordering with a non-US
issued credit card or if your shipping address is different
from your billing address, this may delay processing. This is because
your credit card issuer has to be contacted to verify the information
supplied. Some banks cooperate in a more timely manner than others.
General Return Policy and
Exchanges.
If you wish to return goods, pleas do so with in 20
calendar days. We cannot accept any returns that are worn or damaged.
Goods must be returned in new, unused, unworn condition, with all tags
in place. Please include a copy of your receipt along with an
explanation of the changes need to be made, credit or exchange. For
incorrectly shipped merchandise, Papikian Enterprises Co will promptly
correct the problem. We will immediately replace the items at no
additional charge.
Exchanges must be received within 20 calendar days from
the date your order was shipped. Please include a copy of your receipt
along with an explanation of the changes need to be made.
All exchanges are subject for a re shipping fee.
Refunds
Your refund can take up to 30 days from the date we receive
your return. Sorry shipping charges are not refundable. Unless the goods
are proven faulty, we will deduct an amount not exceeding
$ 10.00 per item restocking fee.
How To Return An Item:
Please always include a copy of your receipt, reason for your
return and a number where we may contact you should there be any
questions.
Including all your information such as Name, address, telephone and
customer number will allow us to process your return more rapidly and
will reduce the possibility of error. If your receipt has been
misplaced, please include a note with your return detailing the buyer's
name, the order number, telephone number and reason for the return.
